Lin Graf has over 30 years of business management experience including nine years as CEO of the Carpinteria Valley Chamber of Commerce. While CEO he interfaced with both local and state government, local media and has served on the board for the Carpinteria Sanitary District for several years. Lin spent over 28 years with a major insurance company, 26 in various management positions. During this time he spent 8 years in Sacramento as a special projects team leader. Lin holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and an MBA from Pacific Western University. He also earned a CLU designation from American College.

Lin currently serves on the board of the Santa Barbara Navy League the Rotary Club of Carpinteria. He is Past President of the Rotary Club of Carpinteria, Past Chair of the Santa Barbara Economic Development Advisory Committee, Co-founder of the Ventura/Santa Barbara Regional Legislative Alliance, past board member of the United Boys & Girls Club of Santa Barbara County. Lin co-hosted a talk radio show in Santa Barbara focusing on business issues for two years.
